Here we go, Technique Tuesday #19! This week we are bringing you one of our Advanced Quarterback Drills. This is from our footwork series and helps Quarterbacks gain more depth and explosiveness in their drops.

The Push Cross Hop Resistance Drill helps Quarterbacks gain depth and balance throughout their drop. Quarterbacks must have the ability to pull up and amend their drop to throw hots and sites and this drill is perfect to help build and maximize those traits. Incorporating the Push Cross Hop Resistance Advanced Quarterback Drill helps Quarterbacks perform at a higher level.
