Technique Tuesday #35! This week we are breaking down the Figure 8 Drill.

This drill is tremendous for training athletes how to climb and slide in the pocket and getting multiple reps at it.

At Jenkins Elite, we have the philosophy of training for two purposes, either providing a completely game-like movement, or with the intention of getting multiple reps in a shorter period of time. This drill, however, hits both, you will train multiple reps of climbing and sliding, and have to plant and throw quickly providing a game like stimulus for the Quarterback.
