We are back again for Football Talk Friday #06! This week we are continuing with not only bringing you a play breakdown, but we also have a clip of the 2018 New Orleans Saints running Saint H Viper against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Deuce Left F Back Gun Hop Gone Left Saint H Viper is a PSL (pre & post snap look) play. Your read is based on the defensive shell, meaning you have a different read for 2 shell than 3 shell. If you get 3 shell you will be working AFRO (away from rotation) to your Glance, then to your wheel, and down to your H on the Viper. If you get 2 shell you will be working the strong side Glance, to your wheel, and down to your H on the Viper.
The New Orleans Saints ran this week 1 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Drew Brees completed a 35-yard pass to Alvin Kamara that put the Saints into Tampa Bay Buccaneer territory on their first drive of the game.
Make sure to follow along to pick up all the details and master this pro-style passing play.
