Prime
Day 1 is where your athlete will be coached in the proper fundamentals used at the highest levels of football to build skill, confidence, and on-field intelligence.
On-Field Session 1: 12:00 Noon – 2:15 PM
Classroom Session 1: 2:15 PM – 3:30 PM

Prepare
Day 2 is where your athlete will refine those fundamentals, sharpen position-specific technique, and elevate their football IQ through focused training and competitive reps.
On-Field Session 2: 9:00 AM – 11:15 AM
Classroom Session 2: 11:15 AM – 12:30 PM
Lunch Break: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
On-Field Session 3: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

Perform
Day 3 is where your athlete will apply everything they’ve learned in live drills and high-performance sessions designed to challenge them like game day.

Every athlete gets position-specific coaching from former NFL and NCAA players and coaches, competitive reps that simulate real game pressure, and individualized feedback they can execute when they get home.
We intentionally limit roster size to ensure meaningful reps, direct coaching, and real development for every athlete who earns a spot.
