Job Title: Intern – Junior Sales Associate
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Department: Sales
Pay Type: Hourly
Position Summary: Responsible for learning and assisting in all aspects of Sales.
Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential camp customers through daily phone calls, email, or other outreach strategies.
- Work closely with Sales Director to create effective strategies for increasing enrollment.
- Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of the program.
- Responsible for the lifecycle of the enrollment process for the Program and serving as the point of contact for the customer for the duration of the process.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospective business and enrolled business.
- Properly and effectively use the necessary CRM software to track pipeline, sales, schedule follow-ups and record pertinent notes for each customer.
- Educate customers about terminology, features, and benefits of programs.
- Identify new opportunities for business development designed to increase program enrollment.
- Host prospective customers while at training to learn about our program.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Jenkins Elite programs.
- Determine customer needs and expectations while making expert recommendations to maximize the customer’s experience.
- Manage time effectively, meeting personal and company goals and working effectively with other members of the Sales team.
- Attend regular Sales team meetings and support peers, as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift, move, push, and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 pounds.
- Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
- Must be able to move around all facilities which include, gym, turf, fields, etc.
- Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
- Ability to travel nationally for camps, clinics, and events.
