PARKER, COLORADO
With the NFL Draft only 3 days away Bleacher Report recently came out with a list of NFL Draft Sleepers. At the top of that list was none other than Jenkins Elite NFL Draft Prep QB Phillip Walker. Walker has taken visits to Green Bay, New York, and Buffalo leading up to the Draft and has put together a strong case to be drafted late.
“PJ (Phillip) has had a great run up to the Draft,” Coach Jenkins said. “Each week it seems that there is more and more hype behind him and we are getting more and more phone calls. He absolutely dominated at his pro day and people are really trying to gauge other teams interest in him. It will be exciting to see where he ends up.”

“Former New York Giants, New England Patriots, New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys head coach Bill Parcells has well-documented criteria for bringing in college quarterbacks. He wanted a senior with three years of starting experience and at least 23 wins under his belt. Phillip Walker of Temple led the Owls to back-to-back double-digit-win seasons for the first time in school history.”
