Charlie Skalaski IV serves as the Quarterback Director for Jenkins Elite in Virginia Beach, Virginia, bringing over 17 years of coaching experience—13 at the collegiate level—and a proven ability to develop quarterbacks who lead with precision, poise, and confidence. His coaching journey includes time at the Division 1 FBS level with Liberty University, where he worked during a pivotal era of program growth. Since then, he has held leadership roles across the country, including Offensive Coordinator and Associate Head Coach positions at Point University, West Virginia Wesleyan, and Albany State.

At each stop, Skalaski has earned a reputation for building complete quarterbacks—developing elite mechanics, high football IQ, and strong leadership traits. He has coordinated offenses, led recruiting operations, and mentored athletes to excel both on and off the field. Most recently, he served as the Associate Head Coach and Quarterbacks Coach at Point University, where he was instrumental in elevating the program’s offensive production and attracting top-tier talent. His experience coaching in the FBS, combined with his deep knowledge of quarterback play, makes him uniquely qualified to lead and develop the next generation of elite quarterbacks.
