Dalton Williams is the Charlotte, North Carolina Quarterback Director for Jenkins Elite.

Coach Williams began coaching with Jenkins Elite in 2026. Prior to leading the Charlotte market, he trained and developed over 75 quarterbacks at our Denver, Colorado location alongside Coach Tim Jenkins working daily within the Jenkins Elite system to deliver high-level, detailed quarterback development.

Coach Williams brings nearly a decade of FBS coaching experience, with a background spanning multiple position groups, offensive systems, and high-level recruiting, including the transfer portal. Before joining Jenkins Elite, he coached at premier programs including the University of Texas, Marshall University, and the University of Southern Mississippi gaining experience at the highest levels of college football.

Dalton was the starting quarterback for Division I University of Akron, where he threw for over 3,000 yards and 25 touchdowns before continuing his career at the NFL level with the Dallas Cowboys. As a former professional Quarterback with the Dallas Cowboys, Dalton combines playing experience with elite-level coaching knowledge. His background includes a College Football Playoff appearance, four Bowl Games, and multiple years coordinating offensive units giving him a complete understanding of what it takes to develop quarterbacks for the next level.
