Jake Morse is the Kansas City Quarterback Director for Jenkins Elite.

Coach Morse began coaching with Jenkins Elite in 2026. Prior to leading the Kansas City market, he trained and developed over 75 quarterbacks at our Denver, Colorado location alongside Coach Tim Jenkins working daily within the Jenkins Elite system to deliver high-level, detailed quarterback development.

Coach Morse most recently served as the Assistant Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator, and Quarterbacks & Tight Ends Coach at Baker University, where he led all aspects of the offensive unit, including play-calling, game-planning, and offensive philosophy. In addition to overseeing recruiting and player development, he managed academic accountability for offensive athletes, emphasizing excellence both on and off the field.

Prior to his most recent role, Coach Morse spent time at Missouri State University as the Quarterbacks Coach, where he helped develop an All-MVFC performer while achieving career-best production. His responsibilities included quarterback development, recruiting, and contributing to offensive game-planning at the Division I level.

Coach Morse also had a highly successful run as Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach at Baker University, where he guided the program to an impressive 44–8 record, four conference championships, and a National Championship appearance. During that span, he coached the 2016 NAIA National Player of the Year and developed four consecutive Conference Players of the Year at the quarterback position, along with multiple All-Americans. His offenses consistently ranked among the nation’s best, including a 2016 unit that produced over 5,400 passing yards, 55 passing touchdowns, and averaged over 47 points per game.

Earlier in his career, Coach Morse worked at Texas Tech University, where he worked with Head Coach Kliff Kingsbury, contributing to scouting, game preparation, and offensive system development at the Big 12 level.

As a player, Coach Morse was a decorated quarterback at Baker University, earning four All-Conference selections, three All-American honors, and being named the 2011 HAAC Offensive Player of the Year. He served as a team captain for three seasons and began his collegiate career at the University of Kansas, where he was recognized on the Big 12 Academic Honor Roll.

With a deep background in quarterback development, offensive leadership, and proven production at multiple levels of football, Coach Morse is committed to helping athletes in Kansas City maximize their potential and develop into complete quarterbacks both on and off the field.
