Cole Webb serves as the Quarterback Director for Jenkins Elite in San Diego, bringing a wealth of experience from both his playing and coaching career. Since joining Jenkins Elite in 2023, Webb has been committed to developing quarterbacks and refining their skills at the highest level.

Before Jenkins Elite, Webb spent time coaching at the Division I FBS level at Middle Tennessee State, where he played a key role in game preparation, scouting, and film breakdowns.

As a player, Webb was a quarterback at Cal, where he spent two seasons competing in the Pac-12 in the same QB room as Jared Goff. Prior to Cal, he was a standout at El Camino College, throwing for 1,107 yards and eight touchdowns before transferring to Cal. Webb went on to play professionally in Finland for Vantaa TAFT, where he also served as the team’s offensive coordinator and quarterback coach for the Finnish National Team’s training camp.

Webb has since built an impressive coaching career, serving as the passing game coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Mt. San Jacinto College, as well as working with top offenses at Long Beach City College, Redondo Union High School, and Mary Star of the Sea. Now, as the San Diego Quarterback Director for Jenkins Elite, Webb is dedicated to helping quarterbacks develop their mechanics, sharpen their football IQ, and reach their full potential.
