Coach Williams began coaching with Jenkins Elite in 2021. He has served as the Wide Receiver Director for Sugar Land, Texas since he started at Jenkins Elite.

Coach Williams is an 8 year NFL veteran. During his NFL career, he played for the Dallas Cowboys, Indianapolis Colts, Arizona Cardinals, Chicago Bears, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Carolina Panthers. Coach Williams ran track in college and was an Olympic-caliber world-class four-time NCAA All-American sprinter. As a senior in 2010 coach Williams held the #1 time in the NCAA for that season with a 10.1 second 100m.
