This week I am excited to bring you guys Technique Tuesday #01! On Tuesday’s moving forward we will focus on one drill or technique that can help you become a better Quarterback. This week we are focusing on the Push Cross Hop Footwork Drill.

The purpose of Push Cross Hop is to help you learn how to balance your weight as a Quarterback on your front foot in order to drive off and increase depth in your drops. You will also learn how to balance in your drop by hopping in the same spot, and you will gain the ability to throw hot by teaching your body how to amend or cut short your drop.
