Technique Tuesday #22! This week we are bringing you a great Run Action Drop to help Quarterbacks deliver a perfect power fake.
The key difference between a Run Action Drop and a Play Action Drop is that during a Run Action Drop the offensive line is essentially blocking the run play. You will have pulling guards, you will have hard run fakes, whereas with a play action drop you only have the running back and quarterback executing the fake. The Power 7 Hitch, Run Action Drop, is key to showing the defense a quality Power fake.
