13 Years of College Coaching & Recruiting Experience
Charlie Skalaski brings more than 17 years of coaching experience, including 13 years at the collegiate level, to the Jenkins Elite Recruiting team. His career includes experience at the Division I FBS level with Liberty University, along with stops at Point University, West Virginia Wesleyan, and Albany State, where he served in roles including Offensive Coordinator and Associate Head Coach.
Throughout his college coaching career, Charlie has led recruiting operations, evaluated prospective student-athletes, built relationships with recruits and families, and helped identify the athletes who fit his programs both on and off the field.
That experience gives Jenkins Elite families something different: guidance from someone who has actually been on the college side of the recruiting process. Charlie understands what coaches look for when evaluating film, how they determine whether an athlete can play at their level, and what separates prospects who get recruited from those who get overlooked.
Today, he uses that experience to help Jenkins Elite athletes identify the right level and programs for them, position themselves effectively, and pursue opportunities where they have a legitimate chance to play.
