Technique Tuesday #31! This week we are bringing you the Resistance Drop 5 Hitch Footwork Drill.

Today we will spend time learning the Resistance Drop 5 Hitch Drill. This is a perfect drill to help athletes gain depth and rhythm while working their 5 hitch technique. We use the resistance band to build strength and train our athletes to be quicker and prep them for game speeds.
