Meet Coach Charlie Skalaski – Virginia Beach QB Academy Director

Leading the new location is Coach Charlie Skalaski, a quarterback development specialist with over 17 years of coaching experience—13 at the collegiate level. Charlie has held leadership roles at Point University, West Virginia Wesleyan, Albany State, and Liberty University, where he worked extensively with quarterbacks, coordinated high-performing offenses, and led successful recruiting efforts.
