Job Title: Office Administrator

FLSA Status: Exempt

Department: Operations

Pay Type: Hourly

Position Summary: Responsible for helping develop and executing all aspects of the Operations Plan.


Position Responsibilities


  • Coordinate office and training activities to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage agendas / travel arrangements / appointments etc. for staff.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, texts, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, membership information and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • A superior work ethic.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Sports Management, Entrepreneurship) or Equivalent.
  • Master’s Degree (Business, Sports Management, Entrepreneurship) or Equivalent.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift, move, push, and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 pounds.
  • Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
  • Must be able to move around all facilities which include, gym, turf, fields, etc.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
  • Ability to travel nationally for camps, clinics, and events.
